Dont go to Casey’s. We left without eating after more then 1 hour wait for are food, also 25 minutes for are drinks. We asked to see management and the poor waitress had to excuse them for not wanting to come to the table, poor girl, poor restaurant. We went next door to 3 brasseurs. Everything went well 🙂

Half the menu unavailable!. Came to eat with my family. After waiting 30 minutes for my meal, waitress comes by and lets us know that they have no sweet patatoes , no chicken left and no baked patatoes! 30 min! Its simple, if youre not ready for service dont say your open for it! Terrible experience!
Worst Casey’s I have ever been. Staff at the desk is rude and unwelcoming. They have absolutely no gluten free options (or so they say) and make you feel like a freak for even asking. I will never be back and will urge all my friends and family not to encourage a restaurant that treat customers like this.
Bad food. Don’t waist your time there…There are so many other good options for excellent food, please don’t bother.
If you want to reserve to that restaurant, just don’t do it by internet. I reserve online monday, on the site they tell me to wait for the confirmation, friday morning no news, I decide to call, they tell me they never get the reservation and they have no room for us at the time I ask, that night nothing. I find an other restaurant later. Finally at the and of the day I get a call from casey’s to confirm my reservation. I was very angry. If you offer that service just be sure is update!!!!!!
An Unpleasant Experience. I went to Casey’s last night for a dinner with my girlfriend and her friends. Having never been, I was excited as it seemed to resemble Madison’s, I restaurant I enjoy very much. Unfortunately, this was not the case.Firstly, please note that this place takes FOREVER to get drinks, food or to even be noticed by a waiter because they are too busy chatting it up with their buddies. We waited a good 20 minutes before we received the drinks we ordered, and, on top of that, waited even longer for our food.Next, I asked to a plate of Calamari as a starter, only to receive a plate of calamari and shrimp. When I insist that this was not what I ordered, I was told that this is their calamari plate and that I would have to take it. When I refused, the server called over her manager who said that she would change the shrimp to calamari for me. Ok, so not too bad, right?For my meal, I ordered a Bacon Burger, well done, but not burnt. I do not like a pink center, personal choice. The burger I received, was a Medium/Rare. Pink and bloody in the center. But, after seeing the movie Waiting, I decided to suck it up and eat the thing.I am a fan of Jack Daniel’s sauce, an amazing BBQ sauce that only certain restaurants serve. When I found out that Casey’s served it, I was ecstatic. I asked for some Jack Daniel’s sauce on the side so that I could put some into my burger, and another sauce to dip my fries in. Boy, was it good, but is it really 3$ extra good? Because they charged me an extra 3$ for sauce that no one told me I had to pay extra for. I have ordered BBQ sauce on the side from many other restaurants, and no one has ever charged me for it.To sum it up, I will NEVER go back to Casey’s again. The server’s were obnoxious because I wanted one little thing extra and when I ordered only water and not an alcoholic beverage, she gave me a weird stare like she was on commission for how many drinks she could sell in a night and I was ruining it for her. Our drinks, food and even BILL took long to get. The only thing that was fast was being seated, so at least someone is doing this job. And they charge extra for something as simple as BBQ sauce. How is BBQ sauce different from asking for a side of ketchup, or do I have to pay for that too? Get on the ball Casey’s. I will be taking my business elsewhere when I want some ribs or a burger.
