I’m sitting here trying to understand how this place has 90%. The taste, quality, and ambiance is not even half as incredible as Tanka (a few blocks up). I’m really really trying to understand the fuzz. Nope.
Best sushi on the south shore. Super fresh fish…. Lunch special is yummy and totally affordable. This place is not to be missed
During the week is waaaay better!!!. Food is just awesome!!! Week-ends are very busy but I realized that during the week, it’s pretty calm. So the foods come pretty fast, and you get a better service!!Anyways, their food is worth waiting!!!
One of the best if not THE BEST. One of the best if not the BEST of Montreal. Raw fish are fresh that is for sure, also the sushi is so nicely done you can feel the rice come loose when you put it in your mouth (oppose to other restaurant that squeeze it too hard). Their mackerel is out of this world. Have to make reservation early though, there are a couple of times I try to call them at 5pm, and find out they were fully booked after 7 already.Liked: Food, Service, Atmosphere, Value
Authenticity. Very authentic, japanese owners, nothing fancy, you pay for the good food. Will return again, just too bad it’s located in the South Shore, would’ve been a lot more busy if it’s on the Plateau or anywhere on the island. Quality price very good!
