An Authentic Experience!. A bit of a drive from Laval where we are staying, however well worth it! Everything is house made, from the charcuterie on their board to share, to the ketchup on my wifes entree of pig trotter, meatballs, and meat pie. My bavette steak with peppercorn sauce was beyond compare, and their relationship with Unibroue shows in the freshness of the beer! I’ve had Ephemere before back in the states, but when you’re getting something made not all that long ago and didn’t have to endure a long journey, it shows. A must on a trip to Montreal and the surrounding areas.
