Total ripoff
Signature sauce skimpy. Owner’s daughter and son-in-law argued that the sauce is measured yet my burger had almost none. Sure, they gave me another with ample sauce after insisting that the bread had soaked up the sauce on the first one. Funny, the bread didn’t do that to the 2nd one. The argument was uncalled for,. I felt like they did me a favour and gave me extra sauce for free. Maybe they are skimping so that more people will pay for the extra sauce. Never in 30 years of dining there did I ever need to order extra sauce. Bad experience !
Love it. I don’t live in Laval, but whenever I get the chance to eat at Dic Anns, I do. It’s soo tasty, and the peope working there are very nice. Best service ever in a fast food joint.
