Our departure gate was close to this restaurant. We walked up to the desk at the entrance and stood for about 1 minute to see if we would be seated. There were at least 4 servers in the restaurant and they did make eye contact. We decided to seat ourselves. We pressed the service button a couple times and tried to wave the staff down. After 10 minutes, we just left and went to the next pub where we were greeted, seated and taken care of in seconds. The staff, although I’m sure are nice people, need to be trained or let go. Bottom 1% of all restaurants I’ve ever visited.
Good food, horrendous service. Hard to believe they can stay in business. Couldnt get the order right, took over an hour for our food and they couldnt get it right.
