I’ve been ordering from lakeshore for almost a year. Granted i’m no regular, but i’ve ordered from them a dozen of times. Recently they’ve added additional fees for substitutes like swapping tomato to cheese. And before delivery was free and there was no additional charge for pay by card at the door. Now i know most places will charge for orders under 15$. But trust me a club sandwich and a small greek salad runs yah about 22$ so to capitalize even further they charge an additional 1.50$. Tonight my delivery took 1h20m, keep in mind i live 15 mins away from the resto.At the hour mark i called to check on my order and was told that it was on it way with no apology for the delay.When the driver finally arrived 20 mins after that i was obviously upset with the driver and asked if my food would still be warm or fresh and he said that he’d just left and that they were busy. He also said that i shouldn’t give he drivers a hard time.I called the restaurant and was then asked what i would like them to do? They offered me a half apology and a whopping 10% off my next order which will likely not happen in a very long time or ever.Worse customer service i’ve experienced in a long while.The driver lied as the direction he came down my street it was obviously he was lost. And my club sandwich and fries were soggy and lukewarm and my wife’s greek salad was also served wilted and lukewarm.Don’t bother ordering from them, quality is down the shoot.

Amazing Place. I don’t understand the negative reviews of this place. The staff are extremely competent and pleasant, and the food is fantastic.
Awesome pizza. I get the large all dressed and large Grreek, delicious and fresh! First time I went in I was invited to see the kitchen, which is rare! I did and it was super clean and everyone was friendly and happy. Always a good pizza. I highly HIGHLY recommend this pizza place!

Prices change depending who is running the cash.. Bought a large chicken Caesar salad three days ago, came to $9.80. Today, Feb. 14/15, I bought the same salad and was charged $10.91. I was charged $6.99 + 2.50 for chicken?? The large CHICKEN CEASAR is $7.99 on their menu! + 15% of course, which comes to $9.18. They can’t get their prices right. BAD FOR BUSINESS GUYS!!! Doubt this place will last much longer.
