QUICK AND FRESH. This restaurant is part of a fitness complex and is located at the entrance.It is open to all,members and non members.So if you are in a hurry,you can order your breakfast,lunch,or dinner before your workout and pick it up on your way out.Or you can have a leasurely meal in the very comfortable sit down area with tables and sofa chairs.Everything is fresh and health oriented. I really enjoy the chicken quesadilla and the grilled chicken breast salad. The menu is quite broad with even a nice lean grilled sirloin if you wish.No fries.For a quick boost,there are all kinds of flavourful protein shakes. Delicious!. Something for everyone, even if you are a picky eater! Have eaten there many times, always something different and each meal hit the spot. Even took home a lasagna for supper for the family….no leftovers for my next day lunch, which I was looking forward to, but they went back for seconds and scrapped the pan! Friendly and helpful service with a smile, you can’t beat that!
