2018/10/04We were on our way to the airport and we stopped at one of the Ste Foy malls to look at a couple of stores. While we were there we had time for dinner at Les 3 Brasseurs. The restaurant was about half full when we arrived before 5:30. Even though it is in a mall, the layout is quite spacious, especially considering that they have a microbrewery on site. SWBMO picked the Moroccan Salad. Tabouleh with chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and more, topped with four plump lime and ginger shrimp. The shrimp were previously grilled and were served chilled.I started with their small House Salad. Fresh greens and julienned vegetables, which was drenched in their white beer balsamic vinaigrette. Way too much dressing. For my main dish I ordered the Lilloise Flammekueche (flatbread from Alsace Lorraine). Bacon, caramelized onions, mushrooms, Swiss and mozzarella, and their house made Flamm sauce. Most things with bacon are good, and this was no exception. I was pleasantly full when we left.
