Never expected to find the best sushi in the capital region on Maloney in Gatineau… Their special rolls are amazing with sauces that are intricate and subtle yet accessible and punchy (Spider and Dragon Eye). Great atmosphere, impressive tea selection (genmaicha sencha-macha and houjicha available) served in cast iron kettles and cups. Don’t let their location and outside appearance fool you, this is a hidden gem!
