I was not a Fu Lam fan before but I had the worst experience last friday at the Longueuil buffet. When we arrived, it was around 7h30 pm and half of the buffet was empty. We ask if it was possible to refresh some of the favorite stuff..like everything with shrimps was gone. They told us yes off course and it was only when it was time for dessert, more than a hour, that they start to bring the stuff. There’s was more than 7-8 dishes gone for more than a hour a friday night when it was jam packed restaurant. The service was slow….not friendly at all and I had to ask 3 times the waiter to bring the machine to pay. The food was not good, not fresh, everything had the same taste and it was dry. Worst restaurant experience ever.
