Great Local Cafe. I love les Artisan d’Hudson which is located on the corner of Cameron and Main in Hudson Quebec. The pastries are excellent and they have artisanal bread by local baker Madame Pain Pain. They also have yummy breakfasts and lunch. The decor isn’t great but every couple of weeks they have a new artist showing their work. And finally the staff is fantastic, friendly and helpful and fun.
