Do not eat here.. This place has gone down the toilet in quality and service on so many level. The bathrooms are disgusting all the time now, the only thing that this place redeems itself is the slots, they have brought in newer slot machines, that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place. Do NO EAT THERE! I repeat DO NOT EAT THERE! The food is so disgusting at the cafe restaurant downstairs, dry disgusting meat , that’s been left out too long , fries that are dehydrated , you can bounce them off the wall. $40. dollars just to eat the fast food there. Nothing is ever fresh, they just don’t care anymore , the management is lazy and so are these idiots behind the food counter that pass themselves as chefs. Really ????? Have they never eaten anything good to compare that dog food as quality? I will save myself the money and just dine some place else after playing the slots there because that’s the only thing they have going for themselves. How can head office let this happen? Profit over quality , it’s always like that with these corporations. GROSS GROSS food, horrible service . Quality is sure as hell not what it used to be, specially with this place.

Here is the verdict. IT WAS ONE OF WORST RESTAURANT I’VE EVER BEEN INTO..Salad bar mediocre. The soups tasted bland. Seriously can soup taste better. Fish n chips was terrible. The fries were soggy and dripping oil. I only ate one fries, couldn’t eat any more. The place was dirty and floor full of food.Presentation was good though. The place looks nice as well. When I told the waitress about how dissatisfied I am about the food she simply didn’t care n was kinda used to such comments. The couple sitting next to didn’t like their order as well. I wasn’t expecting much from a government managed restaurant but never expected it to be that bad.Unless you are starving n completely drunk stay away from it
Very disappointed. I was very disappointed with the fish and chips. The fish had been cooked and re-cooked and I am sure re-cooked again. I did inform the waiter that my fish was crispy to the point it was hard to cut with a knife. He told me it came that way!!! Well first and last time at the Banco Bistro.
L’ancien buffet n’existe plus 🙁 Maintenant le midi c’est un buffet soupe et salade pour 12. J’ai pris un burger au porc effiloch. Bref j’aimais bien pour le banco pour le buffet du soir et maintenant tout le look et l’atmosphere sont changs. Ils ont gard un buffet le soir (samedi je crois) et brunch du dimanche. C’est beaucoup plus petit compar a avant les renovations.
Delicious, Fresh, Tasty. I have not been to this buffet in a while, but it didn’t disappoint. We were there for lunch on a Saturday. It was quite busy as there were tournament goers having lunch, but they found us seats at the bar. The food selections on this occasion were amazing! The most delicious, moist smoked meat, tender roast of veal and some truly delicious chick peas cooked with curry and coconut milk. The salad bar, as usual, was fresh. Dessert options were very good as well. I have been to other casino buffets (like Tunica, MS and Las Vegas) and this buffet, while smaller, is definitely comparable in value and food selections available. I just forgot how good it was!
Good buffet, if you like buffets!. I blogged about the delicious martinis in this restaurant, but I also tried the buffet, which I got at half price, due to my participation in the Blackjack Academy in the casino. Even at the full price, though ($21.95), it`s a worthwhile buffet, for those who like them (I don’t in general, but liked the price for this one). There was a meat carving station that served pretty good roast beef, and the cornmeal-encrusted onion rings were really good. Otherwise, it was the usual buffet stuff, with a chocolate fountain thrown in for dessert.
A La Carte. The buffet itself is simply okay. For a buffet, I suppose it can be considered one of the better options.I long for the days where you could order off the menu. The kitchen at Banco is shared with Le Baccarat and many of the dishes were great.As of 18 months ago, you can no longer do this.
