Great food made from scratch with super fresh ingredients. Service is great with good wine selection. Prices are fair for quality of food. Not sure about the TV showing the hockey game which seem sot clash with the style of this place.
Chef Raphael and his team outdid themselves. They were able to take seasonal ingredients and transform them into a culinary experience. The menu is carefully curated and features some classics with a twist as well as innovative dishes prepared with cutting-edge techniques. My budddy and I sampled several items including the Arancini, Pork Belly with blue potatoes, Orzotto with lamb shank, Duck tartare and our last course was the succulent sous vide steak with fingerlings and oyster mushrooms. All in all each dish was an experience for the taste buds with a delicious surprise in every bite. Each item on the plate served to elevate the flavors so that they worked harmoniously together. The duck tartare with taro crisps was especially unctuous and sat well on the palette. Overall, I highly recommend this hidden gem in Gatineau. It’s one of those places I would love to keep to myself but I feel like everyone should be aware of this place for themselves so I will share my experience. Definitely a must visit restaurant in the Ottawa/Gatineau region.
BELLE TROUVAILLE!. Nouveau resto dcouvrir! Foie gras pol, burger de sanglier, salade de betteraves et orzetto l’agneau. Succulent! Mon pouse et moi avons grandement apprci notre repas servi par le proprio David Gomes, un comptable g de 36 ans, pre de 4 enfants qui a laiss son travail de comptable au gouvernement pour raliser un rve. Un rve qu’il nous fait partager et nous procure une exprience inoubliable. Bravo aussi au chef Raphal Secours et son quipe!
Excellent. Souper jeudi soir dernier. Tout tait excellent. De l’entre au dessert. Beau choix de vins d’importation prive des prix raisonnables. Ambiance dcontracte et super service effectue par le propritaire David qui est super sympathique. Nous y retournons c’est certain.

Was staying at the Hilton Lac Leamy and Arome was booked. Came to this bistro with some friends for dinner on a Saturday night. Amazing food and atmosphere, but best of all was the service. Absolutely impeccable. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.
