Absolutely horrid, they almost killed my girlfriend with their lack of attention, can’t even listen to a simple allergy, got all the orders wrong, waited and hour and 20mins for our food, servers slacked off every chance they got, how is this place still running?
The costumer service is really terrible. Their staff really do not care about providing good service. When you enter the restaurant, it can take at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges you while you wait to be seated. The waiters will walk right by you and not say a single word. Eventually a hostess comes from somewhere to greet you.Once seated expect to wait again to place your order… food comes quickly once you ordered but that’s because they cook everything from frozen.Once done, you will wait again just to pay your bill.They are slow even when there isnt that many patrons. We now only go for beers on game night as this is the only restaurant in the neighbourhood.
