Have been on several occasions for the Chez Barbe breakfast special. It really is great. Besides 3 eggs it includes home fries, in house baked beans which are the best i ever had in a diner. Not too sweet and full of flavour, amazing in house tortier, a pork chop and toast with in house amazing jam. Very good service. Ill be back.
Not for stuck-up people. Don’t expect some sorta fancy Ottawa restaurant, you damn bourgeois! This is a modest little neighborhood joint. The floors are crooked, the ceilings are low, the staff and patrons are usually locals, so yuppies beware. It’s downtown Hull, so stop acting outraged and eat your passable eggs and bacon, you pompous fool!
