Horrible soire! Nous tions un groupe de neuf personnes. Le temps dattente pour recevoir nos breuvages tait interminable. La serveuse dvers le contenue complet dune pinte de bire sur deux de nos invits par accident. Leur vtement et manteaux taient compltement mouills. La serveuse sest excuse mais elle na tout de mme rien enlev sur la facture. On a du insister pour un ddommagement. Le grant ne sest jamais point et il cest contenter doffrir un maigre 50% sur une consommation crit la main sur la facture et rajout un montant suspect que la serveuse na pas t en moyen de nous expliquer. Nous avons du attendre encore plus de 20 minutes pour finalement payer notre facture. Deux invits ont command un club au poulet ce qui ressemblait plus une sandwich au poulet et celle-ci sortait directement du frigo. Au moins je peux dire que les frites taient bonnes. Bref le service tait extrmement lent, le personnel pas spcialement courtois et un grant cheap!

Had a great waitress but we got moved twice and after the second time we moved, about 3 different waiters came over and asked us to move AGAIN and they weren’t even our waiters. If they really cared for our business, they wouldn’t be so rude to their guests and treat all guests the same.
Customer service – Fail. My friend made a reservation 4 days in advance for the patio. When we arrived we were told they did not accept reservations for the patio yet no one had bothered to call my friend back as requested. We were told the patio was first come first serve basis. So we said we would sit on the front patio at one of the 4 empty tables. The host said they were taken and when we asked where they people were he said they had gone to the bathroom. So we sat at an inside table and watched the patio. After a few minutes my friend went back up to the front and said the tables were still empty and questioned where the customers were. She said that 8 people could not have gone to the bathroom at the same time. The host then responded that no 2 people had asked for the tables to be held for 5-10 minutes for a group. So my friend said but you said you didn’t reserve. We walked out of the restaurant without ordering. What type of place lies to a customer and then continues with more lies when called out on the first one? I will never go back there again and I will be sure to spread the word to the many government workers in the area.
Wanted to chew arm off. The food was decent but the wait was not. We had a lunch reservation and were squeezed into one of the last tables. Admittedly, the place was packed but considering menu substitutions were not allowed, 45 minutes to get some salads, wraps and fries is a bit extreme. Once the food finally came it was hard to tell whether it was tasty or we were just desperate. Regardless, enjoy the ambience if your company is engaging and your stomach can wait. Just don’t expect fast (or even average) kitchen service.
