Some of the worst service I’ve ever had. Took about 15 minutes to get water. Then another while to order. Only offered water once and never returned to offer refill or to see how our meal was. It was a warm evening for eating outside so additional drinks would have been nice. As well, one of our dishes was well over cooked – it was supposed to be crispy beef but this was burnt. No one acknowledged that this was barely touched or for us to even have a chance to send back. Hopefully it is taken off the bill. I don’t know yet, as I’m writing this review while we wait for someone to acknowledge that we are done…which has been at least 25 minutes now. This place is no where near as good, in both food and service quality as the other locations in Ottawa (favorites of ours).
