I went to Rustiek last night with my usual dining companion. We were delighted with our food and found the service to be lovely. We will definitely return. I had the beef tartar for my starter and my friend had the seviche of the day (salmon). They were both beautifully prepared and nicely presented. For our mains, I had the duck breast and my companion ordered the pork. Both were delicious and the parsnip puree and the preserved pears served with my main was a treat. My friend’s pork was incredible. For desset my friend had the speculoos cheesecake and I had the black forest vs tiramisu. Mine was gorgeous but, my companion found the cheesecake tasty, but really could have used some cream. The service was nice and the pacing of the meals was generally good.
