Horrible! viter. Hier j’ai eu une exprience horrible chez Ben et Florentine pour la Fte des Pres. On a attendu une heure la porte avant d’tre assis. Ensuite on a attendu une autre heure et demi avant de recevoir notre assiette. Notre petite fille de 3 ans pleurait de faim. On a juste eu droit une petite excuse du genre ”c’est lent la cuisine” de notre serveuse. Service horrible en effet c’est la premire fois de ma vie que je ne donne aucun”Tip”. Ensuite on a dbours 50$ plus taxes pour 3 smoothies et 2 assiettes adulte et une enfant. Chez Cora la mme chose nous a cot 30$ avec les taxes. La nourriture quand elle est arrive tait froide et fade. Le seul point positif sont les smoothies qui taient bons. Une exprience tout simplement terrible et il va sans dire que nous n’allons plus jamais mettre nos pieds ni moi ni ma famille dans un restaurant Ben et Florentine.
Absolute disaster. Waited 40 mins for food, and the service was horrible. Lack of management presence during peak hours. The inmates are running the asylum. The server blamed kitchen for slow device, yet her actions were not up to par. Had to ask for coffee a number of times. She even reached out to my table to take the syrup away for a table next to us that asked for some. Never again. Worst experience ever.
We went to this restaurant a few times since it opened. The service was slow every time and today we decided that we will not be going back. We waited over an hour after ordering for eggs, French toast, pancakes and grilled cheese, all things that take about 5 minutes to make. After I complained and emphasized how frustrating it is to wait that long with hungry little kids, I was told by the waitress that next time I should ask for a rush order. What? I don’t need a rush, just to be served on a normal time. Maybe they were waiting for my strawberries to thaw? Because on top of the waiting time, yes, I was served thawed strawberries as fresh fruit.
Wow so many haters out here. The place for packed like no ones buisness still got the best service the waitress was super polite and well trained. She got 20 dollar tip with a bill of 80 dollars. I was very impressed and will go there every weekend. There was a line waiting for a spot.
Service extremely slow! Waited more than 40 mins for eggs. During which time the waitress didn’t even offer a refill on coffee.
NEVER AGAIN. Last weekend was the cherry on top for us – we will never go there again. We waited over 45 minutes for our food, and when we received it, it was cold. We kept going back because we really liked a few of the waiters (although some of them are absolutely horrible), but we did not see any familiar faces this time. The staff keeps changing, and there are never enough waiters (usually only 4 or 5 on weekends, with bus boys who’d rather talk than clean tables to seat new customers). We sat down at a dirty table because there was no hostess to seat us down, and there were PLENTY of FREE but dirty tables!!!!We’ve been to other Ben & Florentine locations which were fine, but the Kirkland location is absolutely horrible!!! If you want slow service, cold food, and an overall horrible experience, go to Ben & Florentine Kirkland!
Mediocre food and less than desired service. Should have more than 3 servers for Sunday brunch. Waited over an hour for our food. Not kid friendly at all.
