Great Eat In Experience , …. Great Eat In Experience ,We usually have take out from here or Fusun in Beaconsfield , but last friday we decided to eat in at Le Palais Imperiale, wow it was outstanding quality and obviously not soggy and damp from being in a container, the highligh was the orange beef made with Sak ! The service as well, was as attentive as a 5 star restaurant , I would recommend this restaurant and qualify it as value for what you pay.
Going downhill. The food has been very good up until the last year. Recent take out orders have been poor. Food was not fresh. Tasted like it had been around for a week! New owners……
Can’t wait to go back for more!. One of the best chinese restaurant on the West Island. The General Tao is very tasty (best sauce), love the hunan dumplings, beef & broccoli is very delicious, and must not forget the singapore noodles. The service was great, very friendly and pleasant staff. Can’t wait to good back for more juicy general taos and try the rest of the menu!
VERY TASTELESS FOOD. I wanted to try Palais Imperial in Kirkland for some time now, so I decided to pick up some food there Dec 26th. I was very disappointed with the food. The worst I’ve had for many years. The Hot and Sour and Chicken Tom Yum soups tasted watery. The egg rolls were just OK.The Szechuan Shrimps were hard and tasteless. The Sweet and Sour Pork was hard and tasteless. The Steamed Rice was just OK.To add insult to injury, they forgot the Hunan Dumplings and the Cookies. This on a night with one table occupied.I would hate to see what they do when it’s busy.Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.WILL NEVER GO BACK !
Delicious food, great service, looking forward to returning soon. Definitely reccomend the imperial seafood special
