I love this place. Usually for the hot summer days where you enjoy the terrace with a bottle of gallo rose wine. The ribs are perfectly marinated , i think the chicken breast is a bit dry. Very fast service but def worth a try for the ribs. They also had sunday deals 2 for 22$. And you still get full portioned meals.
I recently visited Madison’s Kirkland this past Monday, not the best day to go to a restaurant but it was my mom’s birthday and gave it a go. Great choice the day of the week doesn’t matter here. Service was top notch the food was great too. We ordered the seafood platter for 2 We each had a lobster tail giant tiger shrimp snow crab legs and fried calamari. It was all amazing except the snow crab they tasted defrosted and the lobster tail had some sort of soggy breading on it which we both took off and devoured our tails. We loved it, took our time eating, our waiter even brought us marinara sauce for the calamari. Great value for 2, 60.00 will definitely do this again!
The waiter we had was an older man who was extremely unpleasant. It also took almost an hour to get 4 sandwiches because there was a group of 6 in front of us (apparently). Yet the couple at the table behind us, who arrived after us, got their food in no time. This is so infuriating to customers! The food is not worth the price as my burger came black and over cooked and my plate was 80% French fries. At this point I was too hungry to send it back and wait for another plate!
For four years this has been a place for birthdays, dates and casual celebrations and not once did I come out of there disappointed. I love their ribs and chicken breast. They are divine. Calamari rings are always cooked to perfection!
GREAT DEAL. For two years I enjoyed the 2 for $22 deal and being allowed to get it by myself for $11 at the DDO location, but they no longer are participating in this promotion although other locations are still doing it. Thank you, George, manager of the Kirkland location for allowing me the same consideration and I enjoyed meeting you and eating there this evening.Food and service were both excellent. Ribs were delicious and the clam chowder, baked potato and slaw were just as good as expected. A few more km to drive from Montreal…but I will be eating here regularly.
