Food is good, but the delivery service was terrible. It was a one hour wait, only to be told at the door that they do not take debit. The man asks to come in, calls his restaurant and asks me to give my credit card number in order to pay. This was ridiculous, not only that but he was extremely rude.The worst customer service I have experienced. He argues saying that I was supposed to tell them on the phone that I was paying debit however every other restaurant asks the client. Would not recommend, you can find better service with equal quality food elsewhere.
Fat guy’s service is terrible.. The food is basic. Not great, but acceptable. The bad part is the service offered by the fat guy (I believe he’s the owner as the chef often changes but he’s always there). I stopped buying from there just to avoid dealing with him.
