Delivered the wrong pizza that was ordered.. They advised that it would take 1 hour and 30 mins before they would deliver the correct pizza and on the condition that they took back their mistake. Guest were hungry and had already had a few slices by then. They offered a credit instead that was less than the cost of the pizza that we originally ordered. Refused to allow us to speak to the Manager, told us to write a complaint and hung up. We would recommend that anyone that values decent Customer Service take their business elsewhere. An apology along with simply delivering what was originally ordered in a reasonable amount of time, is too difficult apparently.
