  Horrendous service, sub par food. Went there after shopping at around 3 pm, expected a quick meal because there were only two other tables with people eating. For drinks we ordered a coffee and beer respectively. The coffee was lukewarm at best, when we asked for another cup of coffee the waiter acknowledged our request yet the coffee never arrived. We began to order our food when the waiter exclaimed that he should be writing our order down, yet he apparently didn’t have a pen or any paper on him so he never wrote down the order. Afterwards, I witnessed the waiter staring down the POS system trying to remember what we had ordered, evidently he didn’t remember the order in full. And such began the longest wait for appetizers either of us had seen in our combined 75 years on this planet. After waiting what had to realistically be 45 minutes (yet felt like an hour and a half) our potato skins, chicken wings and calamari finally arrived. The chicken wings were diminutive, the potato skins looked sad, even for frozen product. The calamari arrived with only 1 of 2 sauces described in the menu and the pieces on the bottom were soggy.After putting down the food our waiter asked us what he had ordered for our mains, he apparently only remembered one of the dishes we ordered and my dining companion simply told him to forget the rest of the order, clearly he already had.Thirty minutes after eating and i can already tell our next trip to the bathroom won’t be pleasant. We left no tip and will be sure to warn others and to never return ourselves.
