We placed our order for pick-up for 4 pizzas. When we were eating the food at home, we realized that the Caesar Chicken pizza smelled very bad, and the creamy sauce tasted spoiled. We had to call back customer service to replace it. Yet, the customer service representative was hesitating to give us the pizza for free. Everything was sorted out once we requested to speak with the stores manager.Its extremely disappointing of our local Pizza Hut. Were usual customers of there for many years now. Because of their lack of care for food, we wont order from there again. We could have fallen sick! You should avoid.
Most disgusting pizza ever!. Was really excited about eating Pizza Hut, since we hadn’t eaten in a few years. The pizza is so tasteless, and looks like prepackaged frozen crap. After two bites, we threw the whole pizza in the garbage, promising to never buy that crap again (and pretty expensive for crap).
Really disappointed. We made an order and Pizza Hut lost it. After going back and forth for almost an hour and a half, the store REFUSED to send us the order for free. The man we spoke to, Steve, said there was nothing he could do about it. My husband was on the phone for 45 minutes trying to understand why we had not received out order when FINALLY he was told the rep who took the call couldn’t hear him properly so the delay caused the system to erase the order. What a load of crap!!!!!Steve offered us 50% off but we did not think that was good enough. The order should have been free. We have 3 hungry children waiting for supper and these workers couldn’t get their act together. We will NOT be ordering from them again. EXTREMELY frustrating and unacceptable service.
Good service. Awful pizza. The pizza was suposed to be a supreme. .. almost no stuff on it, barely any cheese… 17 $ for a tiny empty pizza and a soda…. overpriced
