Worst dinner experience ever. Food was awfully slow, service was all over the place and mixed up, bread was passed dated to a point where black spots were forming lol, the waitress was so unprofessional that there was a 45min gap between the first person served to the last at our table, our entries were served in the middle of our main dish, total nightmare specially that we were a group of 16 for my mom’s birthday and I was the one that insisted for this well knowed place in Laval. They changed owners and now it’s runned by greedy Asians that’s don’t give a crap about service, I’ve lived in Laval all my life, dinned and ordered Greco for some 30 odd years, knew the old owners well, so sad to see such a nice resto go down this way.The new owners are more intrested in their pocker machines then actually being a restaurant. I will never eat there again and will never recommend anybody there anymore…

Hate that restaurant. Friday ordered a smoked meat fried rice and askedto have lean smoked meat. Well guess what the smoked meat was the greasiest and chewy that I have ever had. The rice was dark brown like cooked a few times. Pepper where mushy not fresh. The waitress never came back to ask I like it. She probably saw that I put the smoked meat pieces on the side of my plate. I told her that I did not enjoy my meal she just looked at me and gave me my bill. Sorry folks, I used to go there and it was good.
BE AWARE. Greco sur cur-labelle Laval, faites trs attention. Nous avons command une Pizza au spaghetti la bas ce dimanche. On reoit la pizza et le livreur qui est aussi le grant la probablement transport lenvers. Toute le fromage, lgume et viande est coll bien dure sur le carton de la boite restant seulement le spaghetti sur la pizza.On appelle pour expliquer la situation, la demoiselle qui nous rpond dit quelle va nous en envoyer une autre trs rapidement. On attend, attend, aucune pizza narrive… on rappelle et le livreur/grant dit que cest de notre faute si la pizza est comme a et quil ne men fera pas une autre, donc il navait aucune intention de nous en renvoyer une.On dbarque directement la bas (on a un bb de 8 mois et cest 15 minutes de chez nous), il commence nous crier aprs quil nous remboursera pas et que ce nest pas a faute si la pizza est comme a. Je ne peux pas comprendre comment un restaurant peut agir de la sorte quand il est en erreur, jai jamais vue aucun restaurant agir de la sorte, cest compltement hallucinant.On a russis a ce faire rembourser mais il a fallu crier notre tour et en partant il nous a menac de ne plus retourner la bas et il nous a aussi lanc un good Luck dans le style menace en quittant le restaurant.BREF attention tout le monde de NE PAS COMMANDER LA BAS, ILS SONT COMPLETEMENT FOU!!
No delivery. No one in my company will ever order again from the Greco restaurant in Laval.They promise delivery to the industrial area but today they decided not too because I only wanted to order 20$ of food.It is just as they wish, there is no snow storm and it is almost 8:00PM so I believe is just because the order is too little for them
Resturant Greco. Let us just say that the service was ok. if you call the waitress that keeps coming to ask if everything is ok. then asking if we are finished before we are all finishedI think from the time we entered the resturant and going out a total of 45 mins passes. that un acceptable…..she should of just stood back and to waitits unheard off/////I;m not impressed at all
