Good sushi place. The salmon wasn’t that great and dishes from the kitchen were better than from the sushi bar. All in all this place is good.
I was already weary of going to Sushi Palace. My previous experience at another location was negative – poor sushi quality, not fresh, tasted like nothing. When a restaurant tries to do too much fusion, it often shows in the quality of their food, somethings going to suffer. That was the case here…sushi looked good, but was bland and did not taste fresh at all. The service was also slow. Very disappointed. Probably will not go back unless forced to with a group of friends.
It wasn’t what I was expect. Sushi pizza taste like it was frozen and heat, crispy noodles wasn’t noodles at all, spring rolls tasted like frozen bought in iga. I liked the peanut butter chicken and the won Tom soup. The sushi was average no wow factors. It was our first time and the waiter didn’t even ask if we had question or introduce himself, just took the paper and left. I give 3/10 on my average experience and I won’t recommend this restaurant to friends and family
Refused delivery for 150$!!!. I callednto get a delivery for a 10 minute drive and they responded its out of our zone i offered him 50$ of gas money he said no! Doubled offer to 100$ said NO !!! Final offer 150$ and he still refused !!
My son is 12 years old and very small.. He only eats very very small amounts of food.. Even thus we were honest about his age, and that we showed the manager and proofed to them that he had only eaten 3 pieces of sushi.. They still charged him full adult price.. almost 10$ for each piece that he only ate.. We were very upset.. We were willing to pay for the child price for 10 years old or younger, but they were unwilling..SAD THAT THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AGE ..
Unprofessional. Lost our reservation 3 times on separate occasions. Never even apologized for it and sent us away. They lost my business forever. Worst place to go.
Food: good food, but receiving one plate at the time aint fun at all.Staff: they are so lost, that plates gets mixed up and thats why we get a plate, then 5-10 min later the rice that u ordered with it…. 5 minutes later appetizers, 1/2 the sushi u orderes… Just not pleasent at all. If they would just focus more on operations and service as much as they focus on their hair, this place would be amazing!
