what an awesome place in Mont Tremblant. i have never had savoury crepes in my life and if this was a start i dunno what to say. foodgasm . absolutely enchating breakfast. we had noniez as our server who was such a delight. we loved her. can’t wait to go back. crepes has really moved up in my top breakfast list thanks to this place 🙂
Hubby and I shared a Catherine Special (Egg, melted cheese and Black Forest Ham) as well as a Catherine Crunch (sucre la crme, banana, ice cream and whipped cream topped with crispy crunch). They were both delicious! I allowed the girls to have dessert for lunch so they had a Mixed berry crpe (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries with ice cream) and an Apple Granny Smith (with cinnamon and sucre la crme). wanderlustingmama.blogspot.com
