I went to Seb with my cousins and grandparents, and it was a fantastic experience. The restaurant is decorated nicely, and the 6 of us were seated in a private room (although we hadn’t requested it, I suggest you do!), and the ambiance was wonderful. The servers were bilingual, friendly, and knowledgeable about the dishes and the wines, as well as very accommodating for my vegan diabetic lactose intolerant cousin. The meal started with a tasty amuse bouche, and then I had a heirloom tomato appetizer and the fish of the day, both fantastic. Definitely the best restaurant in the area if you’re looking for upscale french.
Among my favourite restaurants. With its constantly changing menu, immaculate presentation, warm ambiance, and kind staff, you can’t go wrong with sEb. I’ve been eating here regularly for many years and it does not cease to impress. It is without a doubt the best restaurant in the Mont Tremblant area, and would hold its own with the elite restaurants of Montreal. Keep it up!

It’s a great restaurant with great service – the waiters and the owner (good salesperson)… Notably amazing with my visit were the sea urchin tartar 10/10, lamb heart roasted tomato goat cheese gnocchi 9/10, and bison and kale poutine 8.5/10 …. The only comments I could say that could make this place better… A slightly larger wine list (or at least more options under 100$) and a better decor (or one that sticks to one theme… The bathrooms are nice though)
Don’t miss this gem of a restaurant!. The food selection is excellent with plenty of regional and seasonal offerings – fresh vegetables from the local market, mushrooms hand picked in season and organic duck breast and foie gras from only a few miles away. The food was prepared perfectly, and service was top quality. Don’t miss this gem!
