Foie de veau (veal liver). Served with shoestring fries and mixed greens salad. I was a bit unsure since I am not a huge fan of liver, but wanted to challenge myself and I’m glad I did. The waitress recommended having it medium-rare and it was perfectly cooked and very tender, topped with a mushroom and onion gravy. Yum.
