Easter Sunday Brunch. Had reservation for 2 for 13:00—at 14:00 we, along with an other 100 or so clients who also had reservations for 13:00 were still waiting….went into the hall and all the tables were set up for 6 people or more…saw only 1 table set up for 2 people….and the lady was telling me that as soon as a tale would be ready i would be seated….waited another 15 minutes and left…..food,looked good but some of it was set up in corridors and unatteded…..no organization And total chaos in the lobby…old people and kids waiting over 90 minuted to be seated…….unacceptablePS..there were long lineups at the food counters…all in all poor service…
