Worst service ever.. Food was 2 hours late. It took 2 hours to get refills of water. Food was cold. Horrible service, waiter was very impolite. After talking to owner, we found out that he was just as an impolite pretentious guy.Never will come back here!!
The past two visits, both on Sunday afternoons were very enjoyable. Be aware, this place is not inexpensive. At lunch NY strip $21, full rack of ribs$18, but comes with ‘big salad’ choice of potatoes, rolls. (There are less costly items like burgers and they do have the 2 for $22 on Sunday) Service was friendly, bilingual, and efficient. Threw in bonus brownie and ice cream for my birthday. For three people with two half litters of wine, 3 coffees and a Drambuie $120 tax in. Good atmosphere with Sinatra type music.
Double the Price & Half the Service. I went to Madisons once for lunch, and the prices were quite reasonable. We ordered the half rack of ribs and it was under $15, it was more than enough and it filled he plate. With the All-you-can-drink and Wi-Fi, this place WAS really good for lunch. Service was quick and food arrived hot. Now fast forward to dinner time. We arrived and sat down, and the waitress already gave us a dirty look when we sat down. We took a look at the menu and almost jumped back in our seats. The same food items that were on the lunch menu were more than double the price at dinnertime. There were no promotions at this location, and burgers were over $25 and steaks were $35. And those were the cheap items on the menu. Now I don’t want to sound like a penny-pincher, but the atmosphere just wasn’t worth paying that much. Wi-Fi barely worked at dial-up speeds, and there were no free refills. Not surprisingly this place was empty, except for about 3 people sitting at the bar. We apologized and got up and left, and we were given an even worse look by the waitress. (We ate at Score’s next door, chicken for under $10 and an all-you-can-eat salad bar and drinks included.) f00d.ca
Not a good experience. Hopefully I was not lucky because this was a disaster. The service was horrible, it took over 30 minutes before we got water. After that, the food did not make up for it… wrong plate was brought and then when the order was corrected (after the others were done eating) the food was cold.
2 for $22 thrill. I do recommend going if you are looking for their 2 for $22 deal (club sandwich, spaghetti, hamburger) and don’t care about the food quality because there is no food quality. Fries came out cold. Ice tea is the mixed powdered one. I went to the one in Laval and was so dispappointed with the food.
2nd time failure. We went there because my mom wanted to try their ribs after seeing their TV ad. I had tried the ribs in a Laval Madison and found it OK.We were 8 to go there, 6 adults and 2 kids. The ribs and fries for 2 out of 5 were cold.Burger overcooked for 2 out of 2 burgers.When mentioned to the waitress that the ribs and fries were cold and one of the kids burgers were burned and the kid wouldn’t eat it, she offered to bring another burger for the kid, but ignored our comment regarding the ribs.If you want ribs, go to Baton Rouge where you’ll never be disappointed by the food nor the service.
2 for $22 GREAT DEAL. Ate at the West Island location several times….baby back ribs are excellent. Problem is that it isn’t always convenient to go with a friend and that I can’t enjoy the special deal by myself.
