Essay deux fois plutt qu’une. Excellente slection au niveau du choix de drink, mais service pouvantable. Personne pour nous accueillir malgr le peu d’achalandage. Lenteur recevoir les menus (t donc donner sa commande) et les deux fois, un petit groupe de la table prs de la mienne ont quitts avant de se faire servir par manque de considration.
Too bad. Great location for a quick beer. Two terrasses, one in the backyard and one on the sidewalk. I hadn’t chosen this place since I had read the poor reviews. I was invited to join a group and agreed, thinking I would have fun regardless of the place. Well, as everyone else mentioned, service was indeed poor. Food was ordinary and there were errors with orders and some orders arrived when most people had almost finished eating. Overall not good and I won’t go back.

Bad service. I was there last month and I really like the mood or the place. I hated everything else. The price was way to high for the level of bad service, wait time to get the food and also the bite sized portions.. And when we walked in no body came to greet us, I had to speak up for someone to seat me.. They need to learn what customer satisfaction is if they want to have more than just stuck up hipsters as customers
Horrible service. We waited 20 minutes for our orders to be taken after being seated, which isn’t all that bad as we were patient, but it soon ran out when we waited 2 more hours to get our food. The food was not well made and was overly priced, certainly not worth the wait. Drinks were good but food and service was atrocious. Waitresses seemed to think it was normal to wait this long. needless to say very unimpressed.
Poor service. Though a little pricy, the food and atmosphere is surprisingly good for Hochelaga-Maisonneuve. Pros: – Tasty food and good selection of music. – Restaurant is small but cozy. – Good selection of drinks. – Good variety of ironic beards. Cons: -Service leaves much to be desired. We waited for someone to approach our table for over 20 minutes just to give us menus. After watching the table next to us receive both menus and drinks, we decided we’d had enough. We were in the process of getting ready to leave when someone finally came by and helped us. -Music is pretty loud considering the space of the area. It’s very hard to have a conversation and when we left, our ear drums were ringing. -The server we had was excellent, but it took a very long time to pay. The traffic jam, which happened at the entrance to the kitchen and bar due to other people also waiting to pay, didn’t help either. -Sitting at the bar= limited personal space. On two separate occasions, people were standing with their backs pressing against my partner’s chair while we were eating/finishing our drinks. I think one of the people may have even been a server as they were fooling around with the register at one point. It was weird. Conclusion: -Good spot but can’t see myself going back more than every other month. Maybe it’s different if you go after 7 p.m as that seems to be when it gets pretty busy.
Il faut presque un invitation spciale pour y entrer. J’y suis aller souvent et toujours la mme conclusion: personnel hautain avec service mdiocre! Fortement dconseill.
