There is nothing exceptional about the BBQ servings at this place. Nothing is terrible but nothing is great either.
When you think Montheal, you think smoked meat, not pulled pork, but Bofinger carved itself a little niche in its native neighbourhood of N.D.G. and blew up from there, now it’s a Montreal staple, it’s opened 3 more locations, and started a whole movement. Delicious
