Had the delicious Cuban Sandwhich the other day. Melted cheese, perfect grill, pulled pork. what more could you want? Let’s not forget it includes a side of their fries (which I argue are the best in the city) as well as a bomb slaw. Definitely check this place out for some great eats and a friendly atmosphere. P.s if it’s your birthday and you bring a party of four or more, you get either a free t-shirt or your meal comp’d. What more could you want? Flat screens, and beer? They got that too.
Affreuse et dernire exprience!. Ds mes premiers pas l’intrieur du restaurant j’ai su que je n’allais pas aimer. C’tait mon copain qui voulait qu’on essaie plus que moi.. Lorsque je suis alle au toilette il y avait une odeur de pourriture qui sortait du lvier et de la salle de nettoyage (juste cot des toilettes..) et une fille au cheveux noir, maigre, pleins de tatous m’a servit, je ne connais pas son nom mais elle tait super bte, il n’y avait qu’elle et un cuisinier, ils ont servit d’autres personnes avant nous qui sont arriv aprs. La nourriture tait froide et pas trs dlicieuse, nous sommes partis mcontent, ne pas recommander! vraiment c’tait beurkkkk!!!!!
Food is good but… we were too many could not be put tables together… than… sorry we are closing in 10min, you have to leave (we were eating)…I forgot that they forgot to serve two plates. .. really pooooooooooor service… could not enjoy a nice meal!
Won’t be coming back. Friends and I came to Bofinger on Parc to use a living social deal we had purchased. From the get go I knew I wouldn’t be happy with our experience based on the fact we were never greeted at the door, we sat ourselves and it took a good 10-15 minutes before we were attended to. Granted there was only one server and one cook working in the restaurant and although I felt bad for them they left a lot to be desired (e.g., never taking our drink orders, serving tables that seated themselves after us before us etc.). After a painfully long wait in a not so great atmosphere, there was plenty of food but for a place that prides itself on BBQ… well, the fact that the fries were the favourite dish says a lot. Ribs were tough, pulled pork wasn’t very flavourful, sausage just seemed store bought and wasn’t hot, the chicken was too salty, and the sides (coleslaw, potato salad) were fine but again, something you could by pre made at the grocery store. There were delivery guys waiting during our entire visit and it seemed like those orders were taking priority. They definitely need to hire more staff if they have any hope of keeping this business up, and someone needs to revamp their recipes or teach the chef how to properly cook meat! Glad I didn’t pay full price for the meal and I definitely will not be coming back.
Horrible service and cold food!!!!!!. Ordered food that was cold and the service was horrible. The owner’s answer to that was that restaurant is not responsible for what the delivery people do. If they take too long and give a horrible service that does not affect the reputation of the restaurant. Excellent customer relation!!!!!!!!!
This place is neat. Good pulled pork sandwiches, and comfortable outdoor seating. I feel like the midi-express is most worth it though, and is served till 3.
Great bbq joint in the mile end. We go there almost everyweek and their sandwiches are to die for, especially the pulled pork.The ribs are equally good and are smoked and grilled with a bbq sauce of your choice.The service is at the counter but it doesnt matter because the staff is very nice and pleasant. Its a must if you like good and affordable food!!
