The Boucherie de Tours has just about everything. The quality of all of their meats is superb and it’s the only place I can reliably find capons, cornish hens, organic chicken, really good porc and great veal chops.
Second floor of the Atwater Market has a Charcuterie/Deli that makes lunch specials,sandwiches etc.The special European Sausage is served on a hot roll with your choice of toppings,dijon and sauerkraut.Also soups ,salads ,etc. served at record fast timing,price is really reasonable.
