The next generation is running Parthenon, but they have kept all the recipes and all the warmth of the original founders. We always make it a point to eat here whenever we are in Montreal.
I have been going to the Parthenon since the early 2000s. Fantastic family run restaurant and always delivers amazing fresh food at a very reasonable price as well. I wish we lived closer!
