About
Open since January 2018, Palme is a restaurant of the Village where you can savor a delicious Caribbean cuisine revisited! The name refers to palm trees, which is the symbol of tropical countries. And it is also the inspiration behind the concept of Ralph Alerte's project and Lee-Anne Millaire Lafleur. "With Palme, we offer a cuisine that represents the entire West Indies. Our kitchen also represents us, Lee-Anne and me; it is both West Indian, South American, asian and African cuisine. In short, all countries where there are palm trees, we find their style of cooking here! Says Ralph. The beautiful decor of the restaurant Palme recalls the heat of the tropics. With its large garage door that opens onto Sainte-Catherine Street East, the space of fifty places is very bright. By MARILOU NANTEL for TASTET
