Disappointed. Extremely disappointing. Believe me I know my sushi. I’ve had it all over Montreal and in several reknowned japanese restaurants around the world. The sushi at Hinata is mostly rice krispies!! I kid you not.. There was so much rice krispies, that in several of the rolls I couldn’t even taste the fish. The sushi pizza was the only descent piece we ordered and it paled in comparison to even the most average sushi shops in the city. There are more than enough good sushi restaurants in Montreal. Save your time and money for one of those…
