Petite salade en entre, bien compose. Viningrette ssame, acidite balance. Sucre trop prsent. Bien mais sans plusPlat principal: poulet marin la citronelle. Poulet un peu sec. Bonne saveur en gnral, mais citronelle trop subtile. Rien qui surprends. Lgumes tide tirant sur le froid. Manque de saveur encore une fois. Une assiette plus prtencieuse qu’autre choses. Pas amre, mais dfinitivement due, je ne reviendrai pas 🙂
Our favorite thai restaurant in Mtl… It’s de-li-cious! A bit expensive but it worse it. The atmosphere is nice, intimate and the staff is nice. The terrace is great also during summer.
Great soup, ok main. Had the Tom Yum soup which was spectacular and the crisp noodle beef curry dish which was disapointing especially after the soup. I would definitely return and have the soup and try a different main.
MAGNIFIQUE!!. Coming from Boston (Massachusetts), we have hundreds of Thai restaurants to choose from … we’d drive the 6 hours to eat at Galanga every night! The food and service were superb. The chef is from Thailand and he brings his knowledge of authentic food and spice to your table. We were a party of 6 and every dish was perfection. Even a week after our dinner we are all still talking about it. Guess where we will be next weekend????Kudos to you!!!

Dlicieux!!!. J’ai ador tout ce que j’ai mang, c’tait frais et trs beau. j’ai gout toutes les entres qu’on a partag entre nous, elles taient toutes trs bonnes et les portions taient juste assez grosses, surtout le TARTARE DE SAUMON!!! ( trop bon!!) La salade de boeuf tait savoureuse et bien piquante comme j’aime!!!. Les prsentations sont raffines. Les soupes taient bonnes selon mes convives mais moi j’ai prfr ne pas en prendre pour gouter plus d’entres. Le plat de canard et le plat boeuf avec les nouilles croustilllantes taient riches pour les saveurs et lgers la fois. Les desserts: crme brule au bantan et une crme caramel au gingembre trs russis! Le service tait rapide et sympatique, la musique pas trop forte et bonne ( enfin!). Une belle carte de vin. environ 130$ en tout pour 4 personnes rassasies. Je vais dfinitivement y retourner et le recommander! BRAVO GALANGA!
