Favorite Ice Cream. I love Bilboquet ice cream. It is made with natural ingredients, which makes the taste so rich. My favorites are the BrouHAHA, pralinee, choco lacte and moka fouilli, and the seasonal tire d’erable and marron. My favorite sorbets are the raspberry and lemon. I have not been to this location during busy summer hours. But the service was good when I went. I do find it a bit expensive. If you’re alone it’s not bad. But if you have a family with 3 kids, it’s probably not a weekly treat. I also found the shop a bit dirty. But overall, a thumbs up.
