for me the decor of the restaurant is almost as important as the food, the decor of this brasserie is really nice. they have tall black chairs with behinds carved into them, the windows are large and clear which allows the customers to enjoy their food with the complete view of downtown Montreal covered in snow. i really like the name of the place and how its printed on the cups, the food is not bad but it could be better: the sauce of the burger ruins it taste, same with the ribs that were submerged in bbq sauce. the fried calamari entee on the other hand was super good we ordered another. wether youre visiting in summer or winter i definitely would recommend visiting les enfants terribles this place also opens a terrace section during summer season.

Le brunch est disponible jusqu’ 15h, mais allez-y plus tt si vous voulez tre certain que votre choix soit encore offert. J’ai command un caf glac 4.50$ (il n’y avait pas de section caf dans le menu) et l’assiette de bagel avec saumon fum. Le copain a opt pour un djeuner classique avec une petite twist, du creton au foie gras! Il a aussi apprci que la saucisse djeuner soit au fromage (ce n’est pas indiqu sur le menu). Bref, la nourriture a t trs satisfaisante, mais le service pourrait tre amlior (ex: il faudrait remplir les verres d’eau pendant le repas).
I admit that I tried this place simply because it looked cool. It has this rustic feel to it and the day was beautiful so why not? I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. The salmon tartar dish was really tasty. Even my daughter enjoyed her burger although she wanted it bigger (of course). Not necessarily filling but definitely satisfying! Satisfying is the new black for me. It has become one of my go to places with clients who are not looking for dress up dining just some good food and drinks.
Really like that place even though it was very busy and noisy. I am a big fan of tartare and they make great salmon or beef tartares. Nice terrasse as well on the street
Breakfast was good, had the Terre Benedict (bacon, roasted tomatoes, goat cheese and spinach) . My friends had French toast that was also good and filling and the Mer Benedict (smoke salmon) that was apparently pretty plain. Great terrasse and service was good. sebblog.com
J’y suis alle en 2011 mais ne me souviens pas tres bien de ce que j’avais commande. L, comme c’est sur une rue que j’aime pratiquer, je leur ai fait l’honneur de mon premier dner et j’ai fait honneur leur burger… Un vrai dlice!!! Gentil service et facture moyennement raisonnable…
Good ambiance, food is average, nothing out of the ordinary, mac and cheese was quite nice, overall, if you’re in the area, try it out, but don’t go out of your way
