Terrible service. Unfortunate as the food is actually very good.Staff huddled together chit chatting instead of serving us. Waited over an hour to get menus and put our drinks order in, while the restaurant was not busy. While the food was very good, the high price is not justified.
Pricey but delicious!. If you feel like going out to a fancy sushi restaurant this is a good place to go. It’s pricey, but the food is good and always fresh. It’s it worth the extra cash…I’m not too sure. There are a lot of good sushi restaurants, some cheaper, that are just as good if not better, but as far as sushi restaurants go in the city, this is definitely a good place to go. They have some interesting roles. One of them has grapes and the appetizers are really good!
Great evening. Though the woman who greeted us was far from friendly, our waitress was attentive and efficient. Great food and the ambiance was good!
Overpriced and got order wrong. We ordered online and they didn’t call to confirm because the cell number i gave them was a toronto number and they thought i had entered it wrong.they messed up the order but since the delivery guy had gone there wasn’t really anything we could do about it.got 6 pieces of maki and about 15 pieces of sashimi for $40 – not exactly a great deal.quality of food was just average.
This place is a disgrace. I don’t even think the food would be worthy to be sold beneath a JR station. it’s really sad. It was so much better years ago. The tobiko tasted like plastic. The tuna was so thin I could almost see the rice thru it. Tempura had more batter than actual shrimp. The yakitori was dry and hard Service was slow, staff was nowhere to be found yet the place was empty. They even forgot part of our order. It’s obvious the owner isn’t present as his employes are obviously slacking off and don’t care about the quality and reputation this place once had. So sad. I used to love this place. Enough is enough total waste of money. You’ll be better off at an all you can eat sushi place which I can’t stand or worst, getting it for a grocery store (yuuuuuk). So LITTLE REAL AUTHENTIC Japanese places left in this town. Heart broken. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!
Like it. The food was good and we had a good time!
Great restaurant, great food, great atmosphere…worth every penny!
