This restaurant completely got my order wrong. I called them and told them I was bringing back the food to be replaced with the proper order and for me to receive a refund because the items I ordered were less expensive than the incorrect ones they gave me. When I arrived the man at the cash sketchily tried to give me the refund in cash, with out providing me and the details of tax and the proper refund on my debit card. I asked him to properly give me a refund on the debit machine, and he started fumbling with the machine acting like he didn’t know how to make a refund, which is absolutely ridiculous. After this taking way too long I asked for them to fully refund my order because of this hassle and I didn’t even want their food after that. The man refused to do so because I hadn’t brought back all the items of the order, just the incorrect ones they gave me. He told me I had to go back home a SECOND TIME and bring back all of the items. We ended up just leaving and paying for nothing because we didn’t want to have to make a 3rd trip back.PLEASE AVOID THIS RESTAURANT. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They blame their customer for their own stupid mistakes and then won’t take any responsibility.
Il faut faire attention quand vous faites une commande ramasser ou dlivrer. Ni les items commands ne sont exacts, ni le prix ne correspond ce que vous avez command. Il y a moins d’items pour un prix supprieur la commande faite. En plus, il y a des substitutions d’items et le chef va jurer que le saumon que vous avez entre les mains, c’est du thon rouge. Quand je calcule ma commande elle est de 51,40$ avant taxes, mais le montant pay tait de 66,28$. Et on vous invite ajouter un pourboire pour chapeauter le tout.
