Worth Another Chance. My experiences here have been really good to really awful, but I still go back, since the prices are reasonable, compared to other restaurants in the area, and when the food is good, it’s worth it.My most recent visit was one of those good experiences. Our server was friendly and attentive, and the food was hot and fresh, with the manager attempting to meet all of our expectations. A very different experience than our last visit a few months earlier. This place is worth another chance. I can’t speak for other Pizza Hut locations, but this one has a far better atmosphere than most others I’ve been to.01 Aug, 2014Making it hard to recommend this place…. I remember going to this place as a kid and how fun it was. The staff has always been extremely friendly and genuinely seems interested in serving their customers. The quality of food on the other hand has gone down each passing year, while the prices have gone up.Since they returned the dinner buffet, I have been going back every so often. However the other night I did not even get close to eating my moneys worth. The restaurant was about half full, but half the restaurant paced around the buffet station like hungry wolves, and a timid worker came out every few minutes with a tiny flat bread style pizza, which was quickly scooped up, while the rest of the customers stood around waiting for something else to arrive. The salad bar was extremely lackluster with a few brown leaves scattered in multiple bins where the rest of the salad bar items should have been. I asked about the missing pasta salad, and apparently they had run out, along with croutons, where they only had powdered crumbs left in the bin. They had two dressings with a few drops left in them and wilted crudities. The hot dishes were one type of hot pasta (usually they have 2 or 3). It was filled every few minutes, but not so for the french fries, which stayed empty most of the meal. The breadsticks and cinnamon pulls were underdone and soggy, and there were no standard pizzas to eat during this particular night. They eventually had 4 pizzas available, but all of them were flat bread pizzas, and none were the traditional Pizza Hut pan pizzas that I grew up with.Desserts had apple pizza, which was pretty good, but I was lucky to get the last slice. And the ice cream tasted alright, but there were absolutely no toppings, except for some chocolate syrup. (No M&M’s, Smarties, Oreo’s, Sprinkles, etc…) And a handful of dirty spoons that were in a water pitcher. If this were a $6 Buffet, I might have excused some of these things and just not returned. But since this is the dinner buffet, selling at almost double the price of the lunch buffet, I expect more, much more. Normally I don’t say anything but I felt literally ripped off this night and I did make a complaint, but was told, that’s how it is, and they didn’t get their order in, and they can’t offer ice cream toppings because kids play with them and some are allergic to certain toppings, so they decided to no longer offer them, even by request.I’m sorry, but it just doesn’t work anymore. I supported this place for years, even when others said how awful it was. I knew they were trying their best, but did these guys give up now? Every night I would pass by and this place used to be packed, but during this night, only half the restaurant was full, even though kids still eat free, it didn’t fill the place. They need to get their act together, get back to basics, and serve quality food and reasonable prices, and customers will return, but if they have more evenings like this, they’re going to lose the rest of their remaining customers! I know of at least 3 tables that left angry last night, and I guess I should have as well. f00d.ca

My kids used to force me here (for birthdays before they found out that 3 Amigos will give them a sombrerro) and I would get indigestion & gas before we even left… 🙁
