Food was actually pretty good. Humidity levels in the building are quite high and our coats were damp when we left. The taffy on the snow was over cooked and had a slightly burnt taste. Sadly, I don’t think we’ll be going back.
Everything was excellent–the ambiance, the food, the maple syrup on snow. The Latte Nuage (with a soupçon of maple) is a perfect way to top off the meal; and the view of the mountains is spectacular!
