Offended customer. April 5 2014. I was there today with 3 other friends of mine for breakfast and was treated very rudely by the owner. We were only there for 1 hour when he ( the owner ) unexpectedly added a table to ours with out asking and was told , not asked , how much longer we were planning on staying just as we had finished eating our breakfast and the waitress had not even come to ask if we were done to give us the bill. Because he wanted us out so he can seat another group. If this is how you treat your paying customers I can only imagine how you treat your family. Shame on you.!!! We will not be eating in your establishment ever again and will happily tell people all about you. Embarrassed and disappointed customer.
The food may be good but the little man who supposedly runs this business is not nice at all. We were a party of 8, about 2 weeks ago. We had called in advance to reserve, as it is very busy. Not only was our table not ready but the owner gave us attitude and told us to calm down! He was barking orders to his staff, almost foaming at the mouth! When we finally got sat, our waitress came over, and as she was saying hello, this man interrupts her in mid sentence, telling her to take special care of his friends who were sitting in a booth nearby. How rude can you get??? Nearing the end of our meal, he asked our waitress to give us the bill right away because he needed the table for an other party. He is totally disorganised and his lack of professionalism is unbelievable. We will be going to Allo mon Coco from now on. I have myself worked in restaurants and this is not tolerable behavior from an owner.
Restaurant drama. I was about to take a bite in my benedict and overheard a man yelling he was gonna punch someone. I then witnessed a young employee crying. .. This behaviour towards an employee is highly innapropriate no matter the situation. There was no problem with the food but this lack of manners and intelligence from someone in power should not take place anywhere in any work environnementsTimmothy
Food was ok but the service was slow. If the service was better I would come back but I won’t be rushing back on today’s form.
The potatoes are the BOMB
Best breakfast in the West Island! Warm service and great food, with SO many choices.
Very disappointing and the cutlery and glasses were all dirty. I would not recommend this restaurant.
