Used to be pretty good for the type of food they served but now they have raised prices and food quantity has been trimmed down. So disappointed. Won’t be back as thee are tons of other options.
Ripoff. $41 for two people ordering a lousy plain hamburger with a few fries in something a little bigger than a shot glass,(probably where ketchup was served before)n with 1 big glass 1/4 full filled at the most with white house wine and a regular beer. No water was provided or offered either. It used to come with fries and a choice between salad or soup. Now the choice is only 1 of these 3. Rip off!
AWFUL SERVICE. We were 8 girls at Jack Astor`s on the 27th of December. We had AWFUL service in the bar area. The place was not busy at all and the server, a Mr. M served us as if we were bothering him. We all ordered drinks and food and it was if we were an irritant. Then all of a sudden it was time to pay even though nobody else was leaving… Ridiculous!
Horrible! Waited 45 minutes for burnt hamburgers and cold fries! Waiter was nowhere to be found the whole time and no apology for the delay. Never go back! Portions were small to
Consistent and delicious, but a little pricier than it should be.
Jacks. The food is always great at Jack Astors, the best part is u can color on your table while waiting for food. Great for young children or birthday parties. Ive tried different item menus, never had a problem with anything, but the bill adds up as its a little pricy after a while
3rd visit in a few years. Food is not restaurant quality. Won’t go back. 14 $ too expensive for small over cooked burger. Bun twice the size of meat. Had a piece if melted plastic in it. 60$ for two people = 2 burgers, pitcher of beer. Sucked big time
