The experience started off well enough at (6:30) as the ambiance is fantastic. The restaurant is clean and recently renovated with a great view on the water. This degrades fairly quickly though as it took about 20minutes (6:50) to get menus. From the time we ordered, it took another hour to get salads (7:50) and a whopping almost 2hours (9:30) to get mains. When the mains arrived half of them were missing as they forgot to order the pizzas and 2 orders were completely wrong (e.g mussels in cream sauce instead of marinara). Some of the pizzas finally arrived at 9:45 and the last one finally arrived at 9:53pm. Total time from seating to receiving all the meals: 3.5hrs….The food was decent but not worth the wait by any means. I ordered a simple burger and the fries arrived cold. My wife ordered shrimps and veg with rice but there were only 5 medium/small shrimps for 24$… Let’s call it 4$/shrimp… The pizzas were great thoughThe owner was very nice and was helping to roll out pizzas to help relieve the kitchen and offered a round of shots to sooth the pain.overall a very weak 2stars. Sorry have to tell you, consider this as a courteousyi got the impression that they took themselves way too seriously here. the waiter mathieu came off as VERY arrogant and ruined a whole experience. That guy really disgusted me very sleazy and non chalant. He must be an artist in his own mind but couldnt pour our wine properly. advice to owner which was very courteous to us, fire your waiter firstly and then your spiky haired cook. First time there and heard its very nice in summer but ste-annes has always been like that.Anyways for the price and pretentiousness i expected way more. Disappointed and honest

Great place to eat supper on a terrasse by the water. Excellent menu, service is great, take your time to eat, no rushing waiter’s. 9/10 review
I’ve been going too Marco’s for years, the service is great. The ambiance is very cozy, I love the pizza menu very modern(FYI get the MSO). Also like the fact that the Chef comes out too chat with you.
