Terrible Customer Service. I ordered a Shiva Dinner from Parisserie Adar, for deliver at 2pm on the day of Erev Sukkot. I was told delivery would be at 2pm because of the holiday, and I completely understood and accepted this. I later found out the meal was delivered at 11:30AM, 2.5 hours early. When I called to ask for a partial refund on the delivery fee only, the owner yelled at me. He doesn’t care that the food was early – its good food he says and will be fine for dinner. I told him I understand that, but I was promised delivery at 2pm, and I made it clear in my order that I did not want early deliver. I would have ordered elsewhere if I knew delivery would be before lunch. He yelled some more and HUNG UP ON ME. They never intended to delier at 2pm, They did what they wanted and said what I wanted to hear so they could just take my money. DISGUSTING!!!!!
